Several consulting missions contributing to the strengthening of the institutional and cost recovery framework for the solid waste management have been accomplished for Tunisian governmental institutions, some of them in partnership with other consulting firms. The interventions covered different waste categories (household wastes, hazardous waste, health care wastes, industrial wastes, etc.). Main references include the following :

   • Two missions on the institutional and cost recovery framework reform for solid waste management in Tunisia (1998 et 2003)

   • Study on institutional, economical, financial and regulatory aspects of the setting up of used oil and filters management systems (2002- 2003)

   • Public- Private –Partnership for the collection and recycling of packaging plastic wastes in the Greater Tunis area : market study (1998 – 1999) and contribution to the feasibility study (2000 –2002)

   • Mission on institutional aspects within the solid waste management strategy in the Medjerdah River basin– (2001)

   • Elaboration of prequalification, tender documents and terms of reference related to hazardous wastes management in Tunisia (2001)
